What is today called "Spheros" was formerly the Business Unit Bus of Webasto AG. Since being taken over by financial investor Granville Baird Capital Partners, HSH Nordbank and the management at the end of 2005 it has operated as a separate legal and financial entity.
Spheros has a clear strategy for the future. Besides expanding our home markets with new product groups, we intend to intensify our activities in the growth markets Russia, Asia and Latin America.
